I encountered Jesus at age 7, was baptized in water 5 years later, and also filled with the Holy Spirit (with the evidence of speaking in unknown languages) that same year. At 12 years of age, I preached my first sermon and was prophetically called by the Lord into ministry a few years later.
I joined and later co-led a national Youth Outreach in 1980, after which I entered into full time ministry. I was married in 1982 while being a Youth Pastor in Cape Town. We accepted the pastoral call to a small town in the Cape province in 1983.
In 2003 I became the spiritual leader of a local assembly in Gauteng, South Africa. The assembly was a member of a large church group in several countries. I was in leadership of this assembly for 20 years. My passion has always been to understand the prophetic agenda of the Lord for His Body on earth. From that flowed a ministry of carefully following the Leading of the Holy Spirit. Intimacy with God and striving towards spiritual maturity, were distinct characteristics of that local assembly.
I have had the privilege of ministering to national audiences in South Africa, and presenting several leadership conferences for Pastors/leaders in South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia.
